Terms of service

Who you are contracting with

InsureOS is a trading name and software product of FOUR GEARS LTD (company number NI668978), registered office Reid Memorial Hall, 4a Maryville Avenue, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT9 7HE. There is no separate "InsureOS Ltd". These terms govern your access to the InsureOS platform.

Regulatory status

Four Gears Ltd is a software provider, not an FCA-authorised intermediary. Customers remain responsible for their own regulated activities. Nothing in the platform constitutes regulated advice, and you remain responsible for your own FCA permissions, disclosures and record-keeping.

Early access

InsureOS is in early access. We are onboarding a first cohort of UK brokerages, and some integrations are still being rolled out. Features described on the marketing site may change, and roadmap items are not contractual commitments.

Acceptable use

You may only contact leads who have opted in to communications, in line with applicable telemarketing, email and SMS regulations (UK GDPR, PECR and any equivalents in your markets). You are responsible for confirming consent before triggering outreach.

Communications providers

Outbound messaging is sent through your own Twilio, Resend, Meta and voice provider accounts under your own contracts with those providers. They invoice you directly. Four Gears Ltd does not resell, bundle or bill communications usage.

Fees

Fees are the platform subscription for your plan plus any additional seats beyond your plan's included seat allowance, at the per-seat rate published on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it strictly to provide the service.

Service availability

The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may interrupt service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted in line with the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
